Zach Douglas, CEO and co-founder of Orega, began working in the flexible workspace industry in 1996 as a salesperson. After launching Orega with Paul Finch in 2000, he has overseen the company's expansion from its first centre in Staines to 20 locations across the UK today. The company pioneered the Management Agreement and has ambitious plans for further growth, including prime business locations in the UK and select locations overseas. Zach is an enthusiastic cycler, raising money for charity every year since 2000. He also enjoys skiing, listening to and playing rock music, and high-quality coffee and beer.
